• While all efforts will be made to ensure the success of participants,  Nathan Thomas makes no guarantee of anything of any kind
• This event is 100% open entry however Nathan Thomas reserves the right refuse training to anyone for any reason.
  
• In the event of a refusal or cancellation of the training event a full refund will be given along with notification
• In the event of a change of venue all students will be notified
• Refunds will only be given in the event of cancellation or other circumstances upon our own discretion.
  
• Nathan Thomas will be under the age of 18 at the time of teaching, therefore all students under 18 years of age must attend with the full permission and consent of legal guardians.
  
• Nathan Thomas does not take any responsibility for the actions of any person in attendance
  
• This is not a course in medicine or therapy
• People with physical, mental or emotional disorders which may interfere with or complicate the process of experiencing hypnosis should notify Nathan Thomas of such before attending the training, and should take all steps and cautions to ensure their own safety.
  
• While we believe hypnosis is a safe and benign process and will do everything we can to promote the safety and well being of students, you attend 100% at your own risks
